At sentencing, the judge states that it is an "indivisible good, one solution would be for one partner to stay with the dog and indemnify the other, a possibility that none of them has applied , so that "the alternative can only regulate the enjoyment of the animal."
Therefore, the judge states that the dog is six months in power of each member of former partner, and that in the first period the animal is held by her, "since that is who has lately been deprived of tenure," said the statement. In addition, he condemns him to pay court costs.
Notably, the court considers in its ruling that the dog is deserving of judicial protection under the terms of Article 5 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
